Enjoying good wine is enjoying its nose. Participants learn to identify different aromas and bouquets in order to find the secret of its very essence. To achieve this, participants learn about the various raw products that give these aromas: cinnamon, berries, wood, etc. We use an aroma kit in teams with a blind fold. Using an aroma kit, each team one member at a time and see if they can identify the fragrance. The team with the highest points wins. We write down the aromas and bouquets that were easily identified and come up with a white and a red that express the majority to enjoy at the end of the team building activity. Cheese Board and Snacks will be available.
